Chocolate Factory in West Bend

We are from out of state and stopped by here while doing some shopping nearby. So glad we did! We tried a sundae, a cone, and a chipper (ice cream sandwich made with cookies) and loved them all! We also had the soup of the day, which was broccoli cheese, and a turkey sub. My kids loved them both and I absolutely loved the bread used for the sub. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back next time we're in town!

This place has the best ice cream in Wisconsin abd the sandwiches are fantastic too!

The place was clean, the staff was helpful, and courteous. However the sub was not what I expected. It was an average everyday sub. But the ice cream was delicious. They have an ice cream called Fat Elvis. Over all this is still a better place to eat at than McDonald's.

Very nice for chain restaurant food. If you're traveling and looking for a sit-down meal of consistent quality you can rely on the Chocolate Factory to deliver.

Their Phoenix croissant is the best! Also loved the rhubarb crumble ice cream. Friendly service too!

True homemade food and feel. A little pricey, but the quality is worth it. Their bread for subs is amazing! Ice cream was sublime. Very friendly. Can't wait to come back after the remodel.

This location is amazing!!!! The staff is wonderful, they handled my wife's allergies with incredible compassion and honesty the service and food are second to none.We will definitelymake this one of our regular eateries.

In a town of big-chain-o-sub places this is the only place to get a truly great sub. Yes, Choclate Factory is a chain. Since it's a smaller local chain, they produce a quality sub in the same price range. The fact that there's a vast selection of high quality ice creams there too doesn't hurt either. With special subs of the month and ice cream flavors it's worth the stop. Soups also available which are ok to good. Make sure you look for the small fixen bar off to the side. If you haven't tried it please do; and then you'll wonder why you haven't been eating here all along. Staff is always friendly and well trained.

Want good subs and fantastic ice cream?? This is the place to go!! This is real ice cream!! Not that stuff at McDonald's!! You'll know it when you taste it!! The staff is always friendly!! I'm a regular!! Have to have my weekly hot fudge pecan sundae. The subs are good. But not my favorite which is cousins. But I would eat a sub here any day.

Only place in West Bend to get a hot dog, other than the QuikTrip. I miss the dog house.

Always feel like a VIP at the Chocolate Factory. They remember my daughter has peanut allergies and offer a clean scoop every time. The food is outstanding and their cones are delicious. Top-notch service makes this the best place for subs and ice cream around.

sorry for the late review but i stopped in here early last week and had the new sicilin sub. it was great. sidney and christine obviusly liked their jobs were very fast and sweet and even brought my food to my table. A+ restarant, A+ food, A+++ girls working there

The Chocolate Factory supported Big Brothers Big Sisters during our Dine to Donate week. Everyone love the ice cream during the big heat spell and our sandwiches were delicious! Thank you for supporting local youth!

Lots of different choices for ice cream. Different cone options are available. I Have yet to try the food. Prices are okay, ice cream is about 0.54 per ounce. Staff seemed friendly. Store appeared clean. Will come back again

Good ice cream, although they did not have the flavor I was looking for...Cheese Cake or Sweet Cream.
